Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • After inspection, your refund will be processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved:

  • We will ship a replacement item at no additional cost

  • Delivery time will depend on product availability and location

If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if:

  • The request is made before the order is processed or shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under the return policy instead.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect


Important Notes

  • Noori Mart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions

  • Abuse of return policies may result in refusal of future requests

  • We recommend recording an unboxing video for quick claim resolution
